The BELLES TERRES holiday apartment is air-conditioned and located within a secure luxury residence, with a swimming pool, clubhouse, tennis courts and a large landscaped park. This seasonal rental offers unique amenities and a panoramic sea view over Nice and the Bay of Angels.
It is located on the 1st floor with a lift. The apartment has a large 25 m2 circular terrace, ideal for enjoying the long sunny days of the French Riviera.
Fully equipped kitchen opening onto the terrace. Fully equipped living/dining room with TV, French windows opening onto the terrace which is equipped with a dining area.
2 bedrooms: one with a 160cm bed and the other with 2 90cm beds. 1 shower room with toilet and a separate 1 toilet with a hand basin.
NB: access to the swimming pool and tennis courts is extra.
Price of €50/week per person for access to the swimming pool and clubhouse
