The Carré d'Or Terrace is a 56 square metre air-conditioned apartment, with a large 14 square metre terrace with garden furniture. Located on the 1st floor of a building with a lift. Ideal for a family of 5 people.
It consists of a fully equipped open-plan kitchen overlooking a large living room with a dining area, 2 bedrooms (one bedroom with 1 single bed and a double sofa bed, the other bedroom with a double bed), 1 bathroom with a bathtub and 1 toilet.
The area is very popular in the heart of Nice. The Carré d'Or is the most famous district in the centre of Nice. The location is ideal for a Mediterranean stay. The proximity to the beach, shops and restaurants makes it the most sought-after area of Nice.
Close to the Promenade des Anglais, no need for a car, you can walk everywhere. The Old Town and its Castle are a 15-minute walk away. If you come by car, there is a car park (paid in front of the apartment).
Pets not allowed - Wifi Internet - 500€ deposit (pre-authorisation on card/not debited)

Tolle Lage. Nur 10 Minuten zum Zentrum und Strand. Altstadt ist auch in der Nähe. Wir waren zu fünft als Familie dort und hatten ausreichend Platz. Gerne wieder.
