It is located within a secure residence, with a swimming pool, clubhouse, tennis courts and a large landscaped park. This holiday rental offers unique amenities and a panoramic sea view over Nice and the Bay of Angels. It is located on the ground floor and has a large 60 m2 terrace, ideal for enjoying the long sunny days of the French Riviera. Fully equipped kitchen opening onto the terrace.
