It is located within a secure residence, with a swimming pool, clubhouse, tennis courts and a large landscaped park. This holiday rental offers unique amenities and a panoramic sea view over Nice and the Bay of Angels. It is located on the ground floor and has a large 60 m2 terrace, ideal for enjoying the long sunny days of the French Riviera. Fully equipped kitchen opening onto the terrace. Fully equipped living/dining room with TV. 2 bedrooms: one with a 160cm bed and the other with 4 90cm beds (2 bunk beds), 1 shower room with separate toilet. NB: access to the swimming pool and tennis courts is extra. Rate of €50/week per person for access to the swimming pool and clubhouse.
