Located in Nice, 2 steps from the Promenade des Anglais and the sea, PALAIS PROMENADE by Riviera Holiday Homes is a large apartment recently renovated of 104 square meters.
Fully equipped for 6 people near the city center and all amenities. Shops, restaurants, as well as Nice Ville train station and the tram line are within walking distance in a few minutes.
It is located on the 3rd floor of a residence near the sea with lift, it is bright and has air conditioning.
The apartment consists of an independent kitchen fully equipped with oven, ceramic hob, microwave, washing machine, dryer etc., a living-dining room and 3 bedrooms all with 2 beds of 90 cm x 200 cm which can be joined to form King beds (180 cm), a large bathroom with shower, tub and toilet, another bathroom with shower and toilet and another independent toilet.
Many activities are offered by the Nice tourist office.

Lovely location, right on the promenade. Beautiful apartment with large bedrooms and plenty of space. Key collection was quite far from the airbnb but this wasn't too much of an issue as it was right by where we got off the tram from the airport. Wousee more

La propreté est au rendez-vous. Nous avons été très bien accueillis. Et le système de check out est très pratique. Nous avons pu passer un séjour des plus agréables à Nice sans aucun inconvénient.
